I'm amazed that this thing is possible. I haven't experienced this and hopefully not.

An excellent suggestion. But now you have me wondering if Paypal could just deduct any charge backs from my bank account! They seem to be the only ones protected in the event of any problems. The part that bothers me most is that they won't provide any information to the wronged party, to help them sort out the matter. Since Paypal didn't lose any money, they seem to care less about anyone else.

I am using Paypal for more than 5 years now and for now, I will stick with them.

Have been coming across a lot of complaints against paypal- some true; some exagerrated. Can only say, get into a correspondence with them and find out the problem. If you do not get a response, contact them through a lawyer or a government agency. Apparently, they do get back to them.
