paypal is the best ,number 2 is libertyreserve ,no 3 is perfectmoney, and I am not considered alertpay best 4 since it is so difficult to get there verification process.I have no telephone bill because I use cell phone prepaid,I have no tax bill and electrical bills, all the bills with my mothers name, this is why I consider alertpay is not best 5 from all payment processing online that I know

I have never heard about most payment processors on your list. Most people say that paypal is the best. Paypal has the greatest reputation and it is preferred by most buyers and sellers.

I use Paypal and a few credit card options. I am not pleased with Liberty Reserve, as my friends who have used it have ended up losing money there. Several of my friends had their accounts hacked.

For me, there is really no best payment processor. They are all good depending on the perspective of the user.

There are online businesses that don't accept Paypal but they accept other payment processors. On the other hand, there are online merchants who only accept Paypal as their payment processor.

So it really depends on the user, the buyer and the merchant, on what kind of payment processor they are using.

On my part, I could say Paypal is the best because that is what I use. But that would be unfair because I haven't tried all of the other payment processors.

Paypal, payoneer and moneybookers are the best and i have been using them for years now, its a breeze for me and my clients.
