Adsense usually block those involved in this type of fraud so I don't think they'll become part of it. It's not worth to do click fraud in my opinion. You'll just get yourself banned.

That's a possibility. Or maybe the online casino doesn't want to accept debit cards since it can go to zero. They prefer credit cards that you can use until you hit your limit.
