Bad credit gets high fees

Do all credit cards that offer approval for people with bad credit have high fees or are there some that I am missing. Almost all have outrageous set up fees and annual fees too.

Oh no I would never assume that you had done something illegal. I just have not ever had an account frozen and don't know what type of things that Paypal would freeze an account for.

ACH= Automated Clearing House. I don't think that ACH and wires are very similar. ACH is an electronic funds transfer or EFT. These types of transfers are often less expensive and preferred by most.
