A few more tips:

- Always be willing to refund. If you don't refund the customer is going to chargeback, and they will win.

- Always have your tracking available and ready to show PayPal on shipped products

- Set aside a percentage in your budget for refunds & chargebacks. They are an operating cost that can never be 100% avoided.

- Change processors. It is very hard to win a chargeback dispute using PayPal.
