make sure you only submit your information on secure sites. whenever you click away from a site that you've submitted on there will be a pop-up if it's insecure, in which case you click NO.

Never login to your paypal, LR or alertpay account in public computers. We should be very careful while sending money to someone on the internet. We must keep ourselves updated in-order to avoid and fraud that we are unaware of it.

I also avoid saving information to a site for future orders. The convienience sounds great especially if it's a place you buy from often, but I have no control over their security and do not want to be at the mercy of it.

Always look to make sure the website is SSL certified, you can look for the verisign logo, or look in the address bar. If it is green, it's secure!

Be careful with websites, check them before you do any sort of payment online, get up to date anti virus.
