Default Spouse bank issue
She ran into some trouble years ago, paid off a ton of debt but is still unable to get a bank account in her name (we added her to mine when we got together). The problem we have now is is that she wants to setup a trust fund (even small) for her son (previous marriage), but can not do this on her own. Is it possible to open one together, then have been drop off it later?

Default Trust fund?
She should probably be able to open her own trust fund for her child. I don't think it's the best idea that you open up a trust fund with her for a child from a previous marriage

Answer depends on several things, firstly what the bank is saying as obstacle in opening the account and other relevant information attached to it.After that I can answer properly your question. Thanks for sharing.
