Default Customers Not Returning The Bought Items
What do you do when a customer asks for a chargeback but doesn't return the product that they bought?

There is this one case that I've read wherein the customer disputed that the item was not as was described when it was placed for sale. The payment processor immediately refunded the customer without waiting for the item to be returned. Now the poor seller has to pay a chargeback but also don't have the item.

If you are the seller, what will you do about it?
