PayPal has not entered Vietnam yet. How can I set up my online trade?

Is One Pal available in Vietnam.?? Or Western Union.? It depends on what available bank you have in your country..

PayPal will eventually be in most countries. The internet is slow to approach some parts of the world.

There are other options aside from Paypal if its not still available in Vietnam. You can use moneybookers, Western Union, Xoom, and Bank-to-Bank Transfer. I still consider Paypal as the best among others, I think Paypal will be available in Vietnam soon.

I've good good things about Onepay but I've never used them personally. Do a Google search for them and you should find plenty of reviews.
