Is it legal for a company to charge you a fee if you return a product for a refund? I think that they call it a restocking fee. I try to stay away from sites like this. It tends to make me think that they are fraudulant.
A company can charge a fee for refund. But, it must notify the client before the purchase and it must be written in their terms and conditions and approved by their merchant services provider.
