Anybody using re loadable VCC with with paypal?

So i am using re loadable vcc with my paypal to send payment to others, its working absolutely fine,

But is there any risk of doing so? If anybody is using it please share your experience, + reps for sharing.

Hi Mark,

That's great that it's working, but I wouldn't try to get it verified if I was you. That's when they ask for proof of residency if it's in another country.
