Default Any PayPal alternatives??
Are there any alternatives to PayPal? I have been facing many issues with PayPal and want to use some other payment method other than that? What choices do I have?

Other payment gateways:
Moneybookers,
2Checkout,
etc,

Or a real bank merchant account:
see your local bank for an online merchant account.

The fees are lower with a merchant account but they are harder to get.

Hi Kim - I would recommend signing up as a vendor with BlueSnap (formerly known as Plimus). BlueSnap offers 38 different global payment methods, and multi-lingual checkout pages with local currencies. They also have a proprietary process for intelligent payment routing so you can rest assured the maximum number of attempted transactions are processed successfully without cross-border fees or local bank issues. BlueSnap allows you to still process with PayPal for those who feel comfortable with that payment method, but you will also be able to compliment that offering with all of our additional payment methods by country. Everything is determined automatically, so a buyer from Russia would see the payment options available to him/her in their location, in Russian, and in Rubles.

BlueSnap also has e-commerce marketing features for coupons, promotions, bundles, discounts, and they can all be configured on the fly and launched within minutes. There are no set up fees, and no hidden fees. BlueSnap operates on a revenue share business model, so we don't make money unless you do. We try harder than our competition to maximize successful payments and ensure every order is as large as possible.

Please feel free to PM me or send me an email directly, christina.forker @ bluesnap.com.

Look forward to hearing from you, or anyone else who is interested in selling with BlueSnap!

Best - Christina

You can use pioneercard, alterpay and moneybookers instead of paypal.

Default Any PayPal alternatives
PayPal is the "Walmart" of online payments and as their rules are becoming more restrictive it might be a good idea to find an alternative. I suggest you use AlertPay, Money Bookers or GCO (Google Check Out). AlertPay is the most simpler of the three.
