The Annual APWG conference is going to be held next week and Cyber-crime research is going to be presented there. In our article on paymentmagnates.com there is also a link to abstracts so that you can see research topics for the summit....all about online fraud and prevention.

Wink avoid from some fraud site
These websites are VERIFIED scam/fraud websites. They do NOT pay out

Planet Pulse is a survey company for the Asia-Pacific region. They DO NOT PAY OUT! They also do NOT respond to customer emails.
Confirmed SCAM company - be warned!
planet-pulse.net

Bux.to is a paid-to-surf/click program. They promise high earnings, but they NEVER pay out.
bux.to

NEW! Scour.com added - they discontinued their points/referral programme, without informing the users and without giving them a chance to cash in their earnings. Shame on you, Scour!
scour.com

Corpscan is another website that has been added to our scam list. They have failed to reply to our requests for mediation:
corpscan.info

The APMG conference merits attention against the backdrop of rise in cyber crimes and compromising financial details of clients. Lets look out for the various talks and measures suggested by APMG to mitigate this risk.

Every new medium of business has to go through various stages before it matures. The biggest risk in online business is payment risk. If you can mitigate it, using proven gateways or accepting payments through debit/ credit cards only, the business may grow slowly but will not suffer a setback. Do not be pennywise and pound foolish. Go all out for a secure payment portal.
