Default Scam or not?
I ever paid $95 for a membership to work as a "professional data typist". They let me work days and night, only to find that they wouldn't paid me and the assignments is fake. Undoubtedly, that's scam.

But, what about a "tutorial program" which promise to teach us to make $$$ in two weeks or so, provided that we exactly follow all their instructions? The tutorial is there, but it's so difficult and tedious to follow, that it's practically impossible to make the promised amount of money. Do you consider it scam also?

I wouldn't say that off the bat, because information is what is being sold. If there is a chance that if followed the desired return can be met, then I don't think it is a scam.

Are they asking for upfront payments? Stressed it right. But it can be like what other opportunities are offering. They offer you unrealistic results if you join them.

If it says you will earn XXX amount fast and quick and asks for payment, run away from them. If you really want to earn money go to legit sites like odesk, elance and getafreelancer. Work as virtual assistants.goodluck!

Some of them are legit while others are scam but you have to find out which of them is the legit one.

I'm not so sure but I think it's probably a scam.

I don't think it's a scam, maybe you should wait and see.
