Default Delayed Shipping Chargeback
I was reading an article yesterday about a lady receiving a chargeback with claims that the product shipping was delayed. The product was shipped on time however the hold up came from the USPS so should they not be responsible?

Usually, if the customer receives the product, even if late, and the merchant proves the credit card company that is was shipped and arrived. The merchant will get their money back eventually...
