Default Property improvements
I have some furnished rented properties and I am considering whether it is worthwhile upgrading one, or all, of them in order to provide an improved rental return. Will Inland Revenue allow tax relief on the cost of any improvements to be carried forward to future tax years and, if so, is there a limit to the number of years that can be used for tax relief?
