Default LLC's
We had to do a run around with our local bank (Bank of America) to prove we are who we say we are, all papers filled, BUT since they are filled with our business lawyers name as the guardian type, we actually need him in the bank to make sure what we are doing (even though we are on all bank records) is proper. Is there some way around this to deal with our banking?

I have always heard that Bank of America is the world's worst stickler when it comes to dealing with LLC's. I bet you are going to have to actually have your lawyer come in.
