yeah, you can do it over the phone but usually you have to collect the credit card info via payment form... or something like that.

you can't use the telephone as a way of receiving payment, but you can process the debit card and credit card information through the phone once you get it.

transaction fees for phone orders are usually higher because, as everyone has said, fraud risks are higher. Many companies provide the service, but just beware of higher rates and risks
