VAT (value added tax, at the rate set by the Israeli government) shall be calculated for and added to all charges, including but not limited to, call rates & charges, rental fees, insurance fees, service fees and delivery fees.

They should put taxes on rich people who can pay these money.taxes should be only fixed.

A value added tax (VAT) is a form of consumption tax.

Plus if you are registered wit VAT and you are seller then you can also claim your VAT from the related body.

The government adds additional tax on every product which is bought by us. But we don't really understand how does it work. We must support this because this will help to make our economy strong.

VAT is a sales tax that makes the life of a lot of business owners a misery. Let's face it, even if you don't make any profit as a business you will still have to pay vat to the government.

We pay VAT on purchases (Input VAT) which is recoverable, and charge VAT on the products we sell (Output VAT) which is payable to HMRC. At the time it is due Out VAT and INout VAT is adjusted and we receive/pay the outstanding payment. For example, if we Inout VAT is $10 and Output Vat is $5 then ($10-$5) we will receive $5 back from HMRC.
