In three years i have heard only 2 cases whose paypal account was frozen by paypal only because they are doing something that is very illegal and are highly against the terms and conditions of paypal. So i don't think that paypal freezes any account anytime they feel, they must have some reason for that. So if you are not doing any illegal activity then you don't have to worry about that.
Anyway for me $300 are much to lose.

It depends on how much of a hit you can sustain from having your account frozen. You're probably better off using auto-sweep on your funds, and just use credit card to pay.

dont keep much money on these accounts. maintain 100-200$ for any emergency..that will be better.
