Gold Nugget Invest

I found this investment program from reading an article. Some say this is a ponzi scam but others say that they have been paid.

I visited the website and they say you could earn 7.5% with a minimum deposit of $50. I read their faqs and they are online for 2 years now. What do you think of this company, are they for real or not?
