Default How Many Credit Cards Should 1 Person Have?
Since I started looking into building up my credit report I've come accross some conflicting information in relation to how many different credit cards one person should have. One place said that you should have no more than two or three credit cards total (including store cards) and the other said you should try and get a lot of credit card as the more you have will help your credit score?

So which one is it?

In my opinion, one credit card is sufficient for one person in the daily lives, if more, maybe you will easily get into bad habits.

Ok I will answer your question...I have 8 credit cards with different banks. Unlike to many finance experts that usually advice to have less cards, I don't. I use my cards to my advantage and never got any interest charges from them. Instead I take advantage from their rewards program through the points I gathered from using them.

Credit cards are great tools for alternative payment. The best thing is that you should know how to handle them, otherwise you will be in great debt. thanks
