Threatren or continue?
I have had three random issues where we have threatened to sue but it never came that far. Two were on blatant theft issues directly from our websites and the other attempted to steal our client list. Has anyone backed down from suing someone yet? We would have gone full blow on, but it ended too quick to deal with the courts.
